What is required for registration?
Before or on your first visit, you will complete a Registration Form and Release Agreement, which we will keep on file. Please carefully read through our policies in the Parent Handbook and feel free to ask any questions.

How do I update my information with you?
Parents are responsible for keeping contact details, health information, and authorized pick-up information current. If anything changes, please let us know so we can make the necessary updates. Parents will also be provided with a login to our system, where they can update information for their child and all authorized adults, view payment history, and check account balance information.

What should my child bring?
Each child will be provided with a cubby for personal items such as shoes, bottles/cups, diaper bags, and a change of clothes. Non-slip socks are required and can be purchased for $1 per pair. Please label all items with your child’s name. If items need refrigeration, let us know, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Can my child bring toys?
We recommend that all personal toys and electronic devices stay at home. If you allow your child to bring toys or devices from home, Bizi Kidz is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.

What if my child has an accident?
We always recommend sending a change of clothes with your child. If you do not provide any and your child needs a change of clothes, we will supply these for $3 per clothing article.

What if I forget diapers or wipes?
If your child needs diapers or wipes and you don’t provide them, we will supply them for $3.00 per diaper/pull-up.

When is payment due?
Payment is required at pick-up unless you’ve prepaid for your service. Children cannot stay if there is an unpaid balance.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Debit, Visa, Discover, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay payments. However, we only accept certified or business checks and cash for special events.

Are there time limits for care?
Due to state regulations, we can care for your child for a maximum of 4 hours per day. A fee of $1 per minute applies for any time exceeding this limit or for late pick-ups after closing.

Do you provide meals and snacks?
Bizi Kidz does not provide meals. If your child will be at Bizi Kidz during lunch (12 p.m.) or dinner (6 p.m.), please bring their lunch or dinner. No peanut or nut products are allowed. Please let us know if you have a food allergy.
Please label all food, sippy cups, and lunch boxes brought into the facility with your child's full name.
Snacks are available for $1 per snack and are scheduled every 2-3 hours. You can also bring a snack from home and not be charged. We offer gluten-free snack options. Water is available for your child at all times.

What is your sick policy?
We reserve the right to refuse an ill child due to the best interest of the staff and children we serve.
Any child showing any of the following symptoms should not be dropped off: fever within the past 24 hours, sore throat, excessive coughing or a “seal bark” cough, thick or profuse runny nose that is yellow/green, flu-like symptoms (such as body aches, chills, or headache), diarrhea within the past 8 hours, vomiting within the past 24 hours, symptoms of pink eye, an undiagnosed rash, or head lice within the past 10 days. If any of these symptoms are present, the child must be picked up immediately.

Do you have a behavior policy?
The safety of children and our staff is our top priority. Behavior that threatens the safety of others or oneself is not permitted. Such behaviors include, but are not limited to, pushing, hitting, kicking, biting, pinching, throwing objects, etc. For repeated incidents of violent/aggressive behavior, we follow a “three strikes” policy.
