Let the adventure begin with an array of services. We turn ordinary days into magical playdates!

Rates are estimated hourly, with a one-hour minimum, and payment is due at check-out after each visit. Our rates are calculated per family (same household). We do not offer refunds on services rendered.

We accept Debit, Visa, Discover, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay payments. However, we only accept certified or business checks and cash for special events.

Your little ones are in safe hands, surrounded by creativity and laughter all day.

    • One child = $11 per hour daily.

    • Two children = $17 per hour daily.

    • Three children = $21 per hour daily.

    • Four children = $25 per hour daily.

    • For each additional child, there is an extra $5 per hour daily.

  • Purchasing packages helps you save money on childcare on a per-hour basis. The hours on a package expire one year after the purchase date or when the child ages out. 

    The below discounted packages are available year-round: No refunds

    • Package Credit 1: $100 credit for $90 (save $10)

    • Package Credit 2: $200 credit for $170 (save $30)

    • Package Credit 3: $300 credit for $240 (save $60)

  • $15 add-on per visit.

    Our trained staff implements an age-appropriate, gentle, and consistent potty training schedule with bathroom visits every two hours. This helps children recognize their body's signals and develop healthy bathroom habits. Our approach includes:

    • Scheduled bathroom visits every two hours

    • Child-friendly bathroom facilities with appropriate-sized toilets

    • Hygiene education and hand-washing instruction

    • Positive reinforcement techniques

    • Daily progress reports for parents

    • Accident management with dignity and care

    • Celebration of potty training milestones

  • Our birthday packages give kids amazing experiences while giving parents much-needed time. We’re an indoor childcare play center, so there's no need to worry about the weather!

    Unless otherwise discussed, all parties are booked for a minimum of 1.5 hours and should be booked two weeks in advance.

    What to Expect When Planning Your Party

    You may bring any food you like for yourself and your guests. Bizi Kidz is not responsible for allergic reactions caused by food items brought onto the premises by customers, guests, or other visitors. Individuals with known food allergies or sensitivities should exercise caution regarding food they have not personally prepared or verified. No food or beverages are allowed near or in the play areas.

    • Alcohol is not permitted.

    • Smoking and vaping are prohibited.

    • Shoes must be removed in the play areas.

    • Grip socks are required—if you don’t have a pair, they are available for purchase.

    Birthday Party Packages Pricing

    Unless otherwise discussed, all private parties are booked for a minimum of 1.5 hours and should be booked two weeks in advance. Set up and clean up assistance is provided with each package.

    All packages require a nonrefundable deposit to hold your date and time. Prices are subject to 7% NC sales tax.

    • A non-refundable deposit fee of $25 (due within 24 hours of booking)

  • Looking for the perfect venue for your upcoming baby shower? Our child care center offers a warm, welcoming space designed with families in mind. With child-friendly facilities and ample room for guests, our center provides the ideal setting to celebrate this special occasion.

    Rental Details- A non refundable deposit is required to hold your date and time.

    • Rental Fee: $60 per hour

    • Minimum Booking: 2 hours

    • Availability: Weekends and select weekday evenings

    • Maximum Rental for a day: $500 for up to 12 hours

    • Capacity: Up to 25 guests

  • The special rate for Parents’ Night Out is $30 ($25 if paying cash) per child - Each Friday and Saturday from 6-9 pm.

    We provide pizza and drinks for the kiddos so you can relax worry-free!
